Massamba Fall is a real-estate investor, entrepreneur, author, and educator.
Originally from Senegal, Massamba came to the United States in pursuit of greater opportunity. After attending the University of North Carolina, he began investing in real estate in 1998.
His first investment was a triplex purchased using FHA 203(k) financing. After renovating and refinancing the property, he recovered approximately $40,000 of his invested capital and lived without a traditional housing payment while the other units produced income.
That experience taught him an important lesson: real estate can create freedom when it is supported by the right property, accurate numbers, professional operations, and repeatable systems.
