The production checkout must display the controlling refund or cancellation terms before payment. If checkout terms differ from this general page, contact RRM promptly for clarification before purchasing.
Digital Book
Because digital materials can be delivered immediately, purchases may be final once access or download is provided, except where required by law or where the checkout expressly offers a different written policy. Duplicate charges and access failures should be reported promptly.
RRM Academy
Academy refund eligibility, if any, is governed by the enrollment page and purchase agreement presented at checkout. Completing substantial content, downloading materials, or violating access terms may affect eligibility where permitted by law.
Elite Coaching
Application does not create a purchase. Any coaching payment, cancellation, rescheduling, and refund terms must be provided in a separate written agreement before payment.
How to Request Review
Contact support with the purchaser name, email, product, purchase date, and a description of the issue. Do not email full card numbers or sensitive financial information.
Processor and Legal Rights
Approved refunds are returned through the original payment method where practical. Nothing in this policy limits nonwaivable consumer rights. Final policy language requires review against the configured checkout and applicable law before launch.
